Job Description: Treasury & Banking Assistant

6 month Contract

Organisation:

One of six assistants in the Banking team - each assistant should be capable of multi tasking.

Job Purpose:

To work as part of the Banking team in performing various administrative tasks, which ensure the proper control of Distribution on HOF Gift Cards.

Key Tasks:

  • Raising all Gift Voucher/Gift Card orders for corporate customers
  • Raising all external invoice requests
  • Credit Control of debit balances outstanding
  • Carrying out credit checks on companies as and when required
  • Processing Credit Card payments and carrying out relevant checks
  • Uploading invoices into our Accounts Receivable system
  • Assisting in any other tasks within the Banking Team

Internal

  • Business Incentives department
  • Various head office and store staff responsible for raising invoices

External

  • Business Incentive customers
  • Various suppliers

 

Knowledge skill and experience required

  • Basic bookkeeping and knowledge of double entry
  • Credit Control experience
  • Knowledge of excel
  • Good but firm telephone manner for dealing with queries and chasing outstanding payments
