Job Title: Benefit Account Manager

Role Purpose: Leading a Team in a totally customer focused role, delivering excellent Customer service, achieving personal sales and House of Fraser account card targets

KEY ACTIVITIES - SALES AND SERVICE: 

  • Ensure you and your team effectively demonstrate the Benefit Magic Formula with every customer
  • Maintain effective counter coverage by scheduling effective rotas for the team that reflect key trading hours
  • Demonstrate a positive can do attitude
  • Willing to support others in meeting House of Fraser and Benefit objectives
  • Awareness and achievement of individual sales targets
  • Allocate and communicate team sales target, and demonstrate a willingness to support others in meeting to support others in meeting targets and store targets.
  • Introduce store card to every customer and achieves targets for openings and penetration
  • Ensure you and your team use the 3 benefit sales and marketing skills

  • Utilise marketing opportunities through an awareness of store promotions and special events, and by generating own ideas
  • Effectively communicate sales figures and other relevant business activities to appropriate management teams

KEY ACTIVITIES – STANDARDS AND STOCKLOSS:

  • Ensure that you and your team maintain high standards of personal presentation and wear the appropriate uniform and make-up whilst on the shop floor
  • Ensure that the Benefit environment is kept clean and hygienic at all times by the team members at all times
  • Maintain high visual merchandising, housekeeping and replenishment standards
  • Demonstrate overall responsibility for ensuring effective Benefit stock levels at all times
  • Understand the impact of losses to business and take ownership to minimise department losses
  • Effective communication with Account Manager to ensure they are aware of all issues relating to the Benefit business

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICTATORS:

  • Achievement of individual / department weekly targets
  • Ensure you and your team achieve an average productivity should be £30 and or at least 2 units per customer
  • Achievement of individual House of Fraser account card targets
  • Deliver successful mystery shop results
  • Consistently demonstrate excellent selling skills measured by the observation document
  • Achievement of department stockloss targets
  • Merchandise guidelines communication with team
  • Ensure the weekly sales report and other paperwork is complete and accurate and in on time

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • Experience of driving a team to achieve performance targets
  • Demonstrates drive to achieve targets
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service standards
  • Experience of working in a service environment
  • Understanding of a sales process and sales targets
  • High level of personal presentation
