House of Fraser is a 170 year old department store Retailer and is a much loved brand and place for people to shop. As a business it is undergoing transformation including significant restructuring, which brings equal measures of opportunity and challenge.

 As a result we are looking for an business change communications expert to come and join the team on a 9 month FTC as a Change Communications Manager (Internal), reporting to the Director of Organisational Effectiveness and Culture.  

 You will lead the internal communications and engagement strategy and execution for a  major part of the transformation programme located within our Retail business- looking after the communication needs of a population of 6,000 colleagues, spread over many locations.

You will have space to lead, be able to work autonomously and expected to bring your communication skills to bear with empathy and creativity to ensure people feel supported through the change journey. For people looking for a high profile, challenging, rewarding communications project, this is it.

 The role is based in London with some UK travel expected. It is 5 days a week but we are open to applicants who work less than this or require more flexibility to explore how this could work.
