The role:-  

 This is a subject matter expert role focused on designing the philosophy, approach and processes for performance and talent. Scoping performance and talent identification, development, succession management and critical role identification to create a values led high performing culture that enables people to flourish.

This role is key to enabling leaders to nurture teams for outperformance and create The Home of the Fabulous every day.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  •  Own the end-to-end design, delivery and engagement of Performance Management across HoF to provide a future facing robust colleague experience
  • Create, design and embed a purposeful and innovative talent philosophy and methodology that will provide talent forecasting and fluid movement of talent across the organisation
  • Partner with the Leadership Capability Specialist to create outstanding, sustainable development interventions for core talent across the organisation
  • To be leading in our approach on Inclusion and Diversity
  • Ensure technology and systems are aligned to the broader People Operations approach
  • Ensure accurate, relevant and timely MI and reporting is available to allow informed decisions
  • Forge strong working relationships with key stakeholders, and across the business
  • Manage and lead the team through coaching, supporting and developing them to deliver exceptional results
  • Manage the budget ensuring commercial opportunities are maximised

  •  Strong experience and expertise in Talent and Performance Management
  • Subject matter expert in the pros and cons of multiple approaches and design and able to land the right solution to the HoF context
  • Rigorous depth of knowledge and pragmatic when delivering to the business
  • Articulate and clear communication
  • Ability to influence stakeholders with varying priorities and demands
  • Leadership and management experience
