The role:-  

 This is a subject matter expert for behavioural, management and leadership development creating and embedding all behavioural frameworks, thought leadership and development programmes to enable The Home of the Fabulous every day.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Own the end-to-end design, delivery and engagement of Leadership and Management development interventions across all areas of the business
  • Create clear behaviours and accountabilities for various Leadership Levels of self, others and the organisation
  • Partner with the Leader of Culture & Inclusion to align thinking and delivery in all design concepts and programme delivery
  • Create a coaching culture that supports Performance Management
  • Partner with the Leader of Talent & Performance to create outstanding, sustainable development interventions for core talent across the organisation
  • Ensure accurate, relevant and timely MI and reporting is available to allow informed decisions
  • Forge strong working relationships with key stakeholders, and across the business
  • Manage and lead the team through coaching, supporting and developing them to deliver exceptional results
  • Manage the budget ensuring commercial opportunities are maximised

  •  Strong experience and expertise in behavioural frameworks
  • Thought leader in Leadership and Management development
  • Subject matter expert in the pros and cons of multiple approaches and design and able to land the right solution to the HoF context
  • Rigorous depth of knowledge and pragmatic when delivering to the business
  • Articulate and clear communication
  • Ability to influence stakeholders with varying priorities and demands
