The role:-  

 The Learning Coordinator will coordinate all learning interventions across stores and office locations ensuring consistency of approach. They will understand the approach and process of all learning interventions including supporting the maintenance of the House of Learning and will collaborate closely with the learning partners and designers to enhance the learner experience. Provides feedback to key stakeholders. All to enable The Home of the Fabulous every day.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  •  Providing insight and guidance on the process of all elements of learning and development interventions – performance and talent management, leadership and technical capability – providing a breadth of knowledge to the people function and stakeholders on the process to ensure consistency of approach
  • Collaborates closely with the learning partners to co-ordinate and plan all learning interventions across stores and office locations
  • Works with the learning partners to support the consistent evaluation of learning across the organisation to simplify reporting and development decisions
  • Owns the reporting process to support evaluation of all learning interventions providing feedback in a timely manner to all key stakeholders
  • Ensure feedback on learning interventions and process is given to the learning partners and specialist teams in a timely and regular way
  • Supports the designers with the maintenance of House of Learning and user experience
  • Maintain accurate records and complete finance trackers on Learning budgets and update on individual project costs
  • Forge strong working relationships with key stakeholders, and across the business

Skills, know-how and experience:

 

  • Outstanding relationship management skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of the practical realities of learning and development within a fast paced industry
  • Ability to juggle numerous demands and deliverables in a meaningful way appropriate to the audience
  • Articulate and clear communication
  • Good organisational skills
