Job Title:  Resourcer - Operations

Reporting to: Resourcing Manager

Role Purpose: This role will be managing recruitment and selection processes for Retail Advisor roles through one to one interviews and Assessment Centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing recruitment and selection processes including:-working with the business to understand the essential requirements
  • Managing the relationship with the Video Screeners
  • To liaise with the business to ascertain Resourcing needs and provide quality candidates via various sourcing methods
  • Sourcing, sifting and shortlisting candidates
  • To react quickly and efficiently to any urgent new vacancies or key candidates
  • Create high level talent pools and networks of skilled professionals
  • Working with other associations and organisation including Universities, Colleges and Job Centre Plus to increase application volumes and quality
  • Monitor job vacancies and ensure eArcu (ATS) is up to date
  • Be responsible, accountable, reactive and professional at all times to build internal and external relationships
  • To work to specific KPI’s and targets driving down TTH and CPH
  • Ensure all pre-booked Assessment Centres are filled and conversion rate for attendance are over 70%
  • Ensure enough candidates are in Talent Pool or ATS by continuously looking at job applications on eArcu – highlighting shortfalls
  • Ensure tracker is up to date at all times and Assessment centre are planned in accordance with business needs.
  • Monitor and review all activity conducted by Video Screeners.
