Job Title: Studio Production Coordinator 

Reporting to: Head Of Web Operations 

Role PURPOSE: Accountable for delivery of product photography for website product pages, ensuring all imagery produced reflects the brand and styling requirements of House of Fraser.  Management of daily photo studio schedules to maximise efficiency and ensure photo studio service level agreements, both time and commercials, are maintained.

 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:    

  • Based in the Store Support Centre you will work closely with Buying and Merchandising team to ascertain delivery schedules for all brands and ensure product is prioritised accordingly in the most cost effective way.
  • Ensure clear and regular communication of photography timelines with Buying teams, photo studio, Customer team and Warehouse.
  • Manage and review all processes of product arriving and leaving photo studio, suggesting improvements where observed.  Support Stock Control team in undertaking regular stock audits.
  • Ensure that all imagery is uploaded within service level agreement, to avoid delays to product launching on website.
  • Monitor and investigate issues for stock that is not online due to missing imagery.
  • Sign off all imagery with CBO to ensure all products are true representation to the brand.
  • Liaise with Marketing to ensuring all imagery reflects the requirements of the House of Fraser brand identity. 
  • Liaise with Central Buying Office to  regularly update and maintain styling guidelines  to include newness and keep in-line with brand guidelines.
  • Managing any quality issues with photo studio, arranging re-shoots and retouches where necessary.
  • Manage & track photo studio’s daily reporting (EOD documents) for each day’s shoots, plus models and hair & makeup booked, so that weekly invoicing is accurate and within planned budget.
  • Hold regular castings to have a large pool of models at all times, as well as meeting regularly with freelance hair & make-up artists.
  • Support Head of Web Operations in the accounting, financing, budgeting, PO reconciliation, invoicing and month end financial budget.

 OTHER DUTIES:

  • Participate in projects or carry out any other duties that may be outside the standard remit that will benefit the company

Skills and Experience Required:   

  • Experience of working in a multi-brand and/or multi-category environment (retail, agency or publishing)
  • Experience of a digital asset management system (Scene7 would be an advantage)
  • Experience working in a commercial retail environment
  • Understanding of a Buying office / lifecycle of a product
  • Previous styling/creative direction/production experience to budget and brand guidelines
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy regarding quality of own work and presentation is essential
  • Able to gather information from several sources, create a realistic and organised plan and deliver on time and within budget
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative and flexible way
  • Strong problem-solving and solution-finding mind set
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to interact at all levels
  • Organised with ability to multi-task, work quickly and to tight deadlines
