The role:-  

 This is a subject matter expert for creating all product, in-store and all functions digital, professional and technical skill development programmes, measurements and benchmarking. The role is focused on the development of a strategic skill set, to ensure the company has the right skills to deliver on its plan to enable The Home of the Fabulous every day.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  •  Source and design robust and agile learning solutions to support Professional Skills: Business, Relationship, Retail, Product, Customer Knowledge; and Functional Skills: Digital, Technology, Marketing and Corporate Functions
  • Manage the Technical learning content to be hosted on House of Learning
  • Partner with the Organisational Effectiveness & Culture team to devise purposeful learning design on all elements of the value chain
  • Understand the training needs across the business and prioritise delivery to maximise biggest impact, ensuring collaboration across Functions where possible
  • Work with the Learning Partners to create functional training plans that will best impact successful outcomes across the organisation
  • Ensure accurate, relevant and timely MI and reporting is available to allow informed decisions
  • Forge strong working relationships with key stakeholders, and across the business
  • Manage the budget ensuring commercial opportunities are maximised
